What is the first book you remember reading? What about the first that made you really love reading?
Oh lordy lord. I can't even remember what it was. But, I guess one of the first chapter books was Coraline by Neil Gaiman. And man, was that an intense book! It STILL creeps me out whenever I read it. I didn't even go see the movie cause I thought it would be scary! But it was an awesome book. As for the first that made me really love reading, there wasn't a specific one. Though, a while back I read Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery and I am hooked on that series. It is amazing. Anyways, thats my answer!

I LOVE Coraline! I didn't read it until about a year ago (I'm 19) and it scared me!! Love it! Not so much the movie though. A friend of mine gave me the entire Anne of Green Gables series, but I haven't read any of them yet. I probably will soon.
ReplyDeleteThe first chapter book I ever remember reading was a Full House Book. It was a friend's. But the book that made me really love to read was The Giver by Lois Lowry.
pretty sure my first chapter book was some kind of goosebumps book...either that or it was the bfg. i cant recall.
